PBS has a placement cell to coordinate the Placement activities. This cell consists of placement coordinator, Corporate Relationship Officers and Committee of Students, who are instrumental in organizing the affairs of cell. The Placement activities broadly cover pre Placement cell talks, Summer/Industry internship and final Placements.

Summer Internship is a critical step in the process of enhancing student’s credentials, and landing a full time job. With more students doing internships, employers expect to see them listed on the resumes as a potential employees. And, in the weakened global economy, internships are even more important to boosting a candidate’s competitiveness.

Though an MBA internship is not a guarantee of a full time position, it does enhance student’s chances. Companies conducted campus drive for summer interns, extended job offers to nearly 70 per cent of their interns. Companies visited the campus are: Justdial.com, Naukri.com, Midas electronics, Aditya Birla, HRH Group, Cognus Technologies, Lafarage Cement, L&T, Smile Group and many more, with stipend ranging from Rs. 5,000 to 20,000.
